Marketing Professional

About this position:
Works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, media buy negotiations and distribution of media across our channels.
Use metrics to understand how media performs and to identify areas for optimization, with the ultimate goal of growing our business.
Will assist with in-house design needs for marketing materials as well as community and sponsorship requests.
In charge of overseeing timely production and installation of field marketing needs.
Responsibilities: > Market the branding of company through multiple channels.
Works with vendors and internal departments to oversee adherence to brand standards, as well as item deployment.
> Develop content and execute strategies for both digital (website, email, blog, etc.
) and traditional (signage, ads, white papers, etc.
) marketing to clearly deliver complex messages and promote our products and services to audiences through a deep understanding of the customer segments, product lines, delivery channel needs and brand voice > Coordinate media and advertising with vendors.
Acquires and reviews quotes for competitive media and production pricing and review of final product for quality control and presentation.
> Review competition’s strengths and weaknesses to achieve maximum results for products and services.
> Collaborate with company departments to develop presentation display support, sponsorship, branding and visual media for key campaigns and business shows and events.
> Create innovative ways and strategies to increase revenue and market share.
> Facilitate a high degree of department crossover to build out a variety of digital and traditional marketing deliverables.
> Expand depth of Marketing department, serving as back up to other roles as needed.
What you will need to thrive in this role: In addition to your work and life experiences, as well as your passion and excitement for the profession, you would benefit from having: Education/Certifications: > Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related experience required.
> 6 years of experience in project and campaign management experience; web design experience a plus Skills/Knowledge: > Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite > Solid knowledge of media in market areas and the production process > Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team > Demonstrated project management success > Strong ability within web design management and design software Other: > Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed; ability to travel within our Company’s footprint.

The salary range for this position is $55,500 - $65,000 annually commensurate with experience and education.
