Our sales team is responsible for representing A&A Beauty brands through sales experience, education, shared knowledge, features and benefits, certifications, and exceptional customer service.
*Manager / Assistant Manager Requirements*: * *Licensed Cosmetologist* * *2 Years of strong customer service required.
* * *1+ years of salon experience.
* * *Scheduling Monday -Friday/ 5 days per week* * *Work 40+ hrs /per week as scheduled* * *Reliable and consistent* * *Participate in company trainings and development* * *Strong communication skills* * *Enthusiasm* * *Self driven and able to work as a team and independently* Employment growth opportunities available as needed.
