We are looking for a cheerful and responsible Inside Sales Associate to perform a variety of administrative customer service-related tasks.
This position reports to the Sales Office Manaager.
Duties of the Inside Sales Associate include providing support to our customers, assisting in daily sales office needs, and contributing to the growth of our sales department.
This position must be pleasant and eager to learn the product line.
Other responsibilities include contacting customers, preparing quotes, processing purchase orders and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment, and be willing to learn new tasks.
If you have previous experience as a customer service or inside sales associate and familiarity within a manufacturing industry, we’d like to meet you.
Automotive and/or manufacturing background is a plus.
*Responsibilities* * Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries in a timely manner, documenting actions.
* Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
* Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
* Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
* Improves quality service by recommending improved processes, identifying new product and service applications.
* Facilitate contact with new and existing customers to help increase sales.
*Skills* * Proven experience as a customer service or inside sales associate * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Must be able to pass 10 panel drug screen Must be a US citizen Background check will be conducted Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
