Your role at BHSN:
As an EMR Business Analyst and Systems Manager, you will primarily be devoted to developing and supporting the agency's EMR, myAvatar NX as well as supporting agency programs.
Using your technical and leadership skills to help BHSN be a leader in the healthcare industry.

What your day might look like:
Manage, gather and document business requirements based upon program requirements and known system functionality
Manage training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Avatar Users
Aggregate data across multiple systems to create reports, dashboards, etc.
to be used to make informed business decisions
Facilitate use of API’s to facilitate interoperability between applications
Lead the organization with advancement of new technologies and strategies, i.
e.
AI, to create, sustain and ensure that BHSN is positioned for the future.
Other duties as assigned.
Your skills and qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Technology or BS/BA in related field with 3 years of experience
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Healthcare work experience preferred
Experience with Crystal Report writing
User experience or familiarity of myAvatar a plus
