Compensation: Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on overall store performance.
First Year Estimated Earnings: $70 - $85k (salary, commission and bonuses)

A successful candidate for Area Manager
Will have a positive “customer centric” attitude.
Be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing “high performance” teams.
Have prior multi-store management experience.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Have a working knowledge of inventory, payroll, HR related issues and cash management.
Be entrepreneurial in their business approach, with a business owner mentality.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not necessary.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
