*Job Summary*
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Communications Lead is promoting company Brands and Products to customers and the electrical industry through various channels such as marketing collateral, packaging design, tradeshow coordination, social media management, and the development and adherence to brand guidelines.
*Essential Duties*
· Collaborates with the Marketing Managers and other marketing personnel to develop, manage and enforce the creative aspects of marketing across various promotional channels.
This encompasses product and company collateral, packaging, Point of Purchase displays, promotional materials, and social media.
· Establishes branding guidelines for the company and safeguards assets such as the logo, packaging standards, and templates for press releases, presentations, and other outward facing communications.
· Possesses a deep understanding of the product line to support the product team in crafting tailored messaging based on target audience, product features, and product lifecycle.
· Manages a structured content calendar across diverse social media platforms such as Constant Contact, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more.
· Coordinates and schedules booth layouts and displays for industry tradeshows including NECA and regional shows.
· Identifies, retains, and oversees creative resources, both internal and external, to ensure cost-effective and timely production of graphics, collateral, and video content.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements*
*Required*
· High School Diploma/GED
· 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
· Experience demonstrated in successfully overseeing multiple projects, starting from gathering requirements to product release and deployment
· Proficiency in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and others.
· Capable of collaborating effectively with various teams, including marketing, sales, production planners, contract factories, operations, and business leadership.
· Exhibits a high standard of personal and professional integrity, coupled with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Demonstrates skill in performing effectively under pressure while paying exceptional attention to detail
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees on all levels, including executive leadership, as well as customers.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or related field
Knowledge of electrical Industry

Consistent interaction with the Marketing Team, Production Planning, and Operations.
Will interact regularly with sales, sourcing, product marketing, sales operations, and customer service.

Standard work week is 40 hours with the ability to work overtime as needed.

Pay: $55,000.
