Banquet Lead

Lake Bomoseen Lodge & Taproom is seeking an additional Banquet Lead for our busy events team.
Responsibilities include assisting with the daily supervision of all banquet staff, helping to coordinate all aspects of the facilities set-up and food & beverage service to promote guest satisfaction, training new staff, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
The best candidate for this job has: * Relevant restaurant & management experience and is skilled in employee training and motivation * Ability to bartend * Comfortable on their feet during busy events * Able to lift up to 30 pounds * Able to work weekends & holidays * Great communication & interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
