We have a Permaculture-based Homestead and food security is always on peoples minds, being more self sustainable and growing your own organic food just benefits us so much.
We have Jerusalem artichoke tubers available, these are a perennial tuber that has a taste similar to a potato crossed with an onion.
These will multiply underground and you can literally dig them up all year round as a food source.
They put out a nice yellow flower in late summer, and from my experience, they will typically spread in diameter a couple of feet each year and are filled with all sorts of healthy super nutrients for your body.
I am offering these tubers 10 for $15, you can cut these into pieces and plant them and I often put more in the bag than what you purchased as a side note.
