Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive instructional sessions - Develop lesson plans and curriculum materials - Provide feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and growth - Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience Experience: - Previous experience as an instructor or teacher preferred - Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area of instruction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners - Familiarity with instructional technology and online learning platforms is a plus Please note that this is a general job description for an instructor position.
